Email (today)

Short version: email is wired, but minimal.

What works now

• Devise password reset emails
• Custom user mailer templates for welcome + forgot password
• Mail delivery via environment config (Mailgun pattern)

What does not work fully yet

• No full notification center
• No template management UI
• No retry dashboard in-app

Email flow

App action -> enqueue job -> Solid Queue -> worker -> mailer -> SMTP provider
